Dr. Liu graduated from medical school at University of Nevada, Reno, after attending college at UNLV. He served an Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Syracuse University.

 

Dr. Liu has been awarded various honors for his work. He was trained with a spine fellowship at Cedars Sinai Medical Center and a Sports Medicine research fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh. He has board certifications in Orthopedic Surgery and Orthopedic Sports Medicine. He is also a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (FAAOS). 

 

After 29 years as an Orthopedic Surgeon in California, Dr. Liu returned to Las Vegas, deciding to focus his skills on helping patients in a more personal way. He has performed over 7,500 successful surgeries in his career.

Dr. Liu provides Orthopedic care while looking at the health of the person as a whole. By maintaining a small number of patients, Dr. Liu works to develop a close connection with each patient and go above and beyond for a more personal and in-depth level of care which is difficult to find in most hospitals.
